These terms cover your use of Last Man Standing at lastmanstandingapp.co.uk (the "service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over and live in the UK. One account per person.

What we do and don't do

• The service is free. We run competitions, record picks and work out results from published match data.
• We don't take, hold or pay out money. Any entry fee or prize is arranged privately between players and the organiser. We aren't a party to it and aren't responsible for it.
• Organisers are responsible for running their competitions fairly and lawfully, including any money they collect.

Results

Results come from a third-party data provider. If it's wrong, we may correct results and re-run a round. Where something goes wrong, our records of picks and deadlines are final.

Your behaviour

Don't abuse the service, other players or our systems. We can suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from its use, including disputes about entry fees or prizes. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under UK law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
